Chuckwagon Frontier Days
Rawhide Frontier Days is a 3 day event held the 3rd weekend in June. It begins Friday and events draw to a close on Sunday, with the main event being the Chuckwagon Races. Just as exciting are our other events such as the Ranch Rodeo, Ranch Bronc, Riding, Mutton Bustin, Calf Riding and Steer Riding. We also have mule, pony, and outrider races. If you have never seen a ranch rodeo, you've been missing out on all the excitement!! All Ranch Rodeo events are chores seen on a working ranch.
Admission: $35.00 Per Person for the entire weekend, $15.00 per person, per day, and children 12 & under are 1/2 price.(Wrist bands must be worn at all times.)
Gate Opens @ 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 20th. Vendors will be set up by 3:00 p.m.
On Saturday Only --Breakfast and Dinner will be served by the award winning G Bar Lazy S out of the back of an authentic ranch wagon from the 1800's. Both meals will be prepared off the back of the chuckwagon just as it would have 100 years ago. Breakfast will be served from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and Dinner will be served from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. that evening. Tickets for both meals can be purchased thru the Feed Bunkhouse. Dinner meal will consist of Chicken Fried Steak, biscuit, beans, potatoes, and cobbler.
