Rawhide Summer Camps 2010


Description -
This exciting week (they will remember forever) is a ranch style retreat for children/teens (we will book according to age). Rawhide invites him/her to spend a week behind the scenes and learn what it takes to run an actual working ranch. Activities include doing chores, learning horsemanship, fixing fence, putting together a fun show for the end of the week (for all parents to observe), fishing, swimming, and making new friends.

Participation - The maximum that can attend during a 1 week session is 8-10 (the camps are not coed).
Cost - $500.00 per week which includes lodging and food.

Housing - Bunkhouse

Meals – 3 Square meals each day (plenty of snacks).

Schedule - Camp begins on Monday morning (arrangements can be made for Sunday night at no extra cost) and ends the following Friday night. The fun show will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. on Friday night (we ask that all parents, grandparents, or guardians be on premises by 5:45 p.m.). At that time the participants will show how much they have learned.

Horse - For those of you will bring your own horse, there will be an added cost of $100.00.

Parents - We encourage parents, guardians, grandparents, etc… to come check out the location and facility.

Fun – Isn’t camp supposed to be the most fun? Our goal is to make sure that all camps are safe and fun. How much more fun can a week with horses be.
